Antioxidant alkaline water will only stay in the stomach if it is consumed during a meal or with a full stomach. Physical activity
It is highly advisable to consume a large glass of antioxidant water prior to a physical workout of any sort. Continue consuming antioxidant water during the workout or physical activity. If one has a very physical job, especially in the summertime, large amounts of antioxidant water can be highly beneficial. During Illness
If one is ill for any reason whatsoever, it is advisable to increase the intake of antioxidant water.
