Step 1. Find out what you are wanding.; first ask:
1. Where does it hurt?
2. How did it start?
3. How long has it hurt?
Generally, longer term and deeper pain takes longer to wand away, but sometimes results can happen quickly. Injuries will be helped but not necessarily eradicated immediately, though healing usually speeds up. Chronic pain tends to respond well but needs repeated wanding over days or weeks for best results. You may need to follow the pain with the wanding techniques if the pain travels along a limb, for example.
Deeper pain may take longer and needs different wanding techniques for best results. These techniques are described in the Zero Point Energy Wands: Illustrated Wanding Guide and Workbook “with diagrams and detailed instructions on how to address various health issues.
Techniques.
Circling. Simply rotate your wanding hand in a clockwise direction. Hold wand tip about one inch from the skin. Three – four rotations per second is a good frequency for most people. In older people with weaker energy, you may want to go slower starting at 1-2 rotations per second. Older people may respond slower as their bodies are usually more toxic.
Dipping. This is an “in-out” motion of about 3 inches with the wand tip coming close to the skin surface. It creates an energy wave penetrating deep into the body. Dipping works well for deep pain and has a rejuvenating effect on tissues.
Circle dip. A combination of circling and dipping usually with 3-4 circles, followed by 1-2 dips. This is very effective for headaches and joint pain. Deeper pain seems to respond to this method.
Crosshatching. This is a simple back and forth motion with alternating directions. Up and down for ten seconds followed by back and forth for ten seconds and so on. This action tends to loosen up swelling and allow for drainage of toxins. Always follow with circling to finish!
Directional dipping. This is a swooping motion in the direction of energy flow. Usually this will be used to help drain swelling toward the heart.
Tip-tapping. Gently tapping the area with the wand tip will frequently get things happening with people who are energy toxic from working in office buildings or using cell phones, etc. Having them drink a glass of wanded water frequently helps speed things up as their internal water molecules listen more effectively to the wand energy.
Sidebrushing. Using the side of the wand to gently brush the skin is excellent for rashes and bruising as well as for strengthening and rejuvenating the skin.
